She still maintains close ties with her hometown and a frequent a visitor to provide her children the same inter-cultural experience she had while growing up. With a background in mathematics and education, she brings an analytical yet human-centered approach to program design—bridging logic, culture, and connection. She has dedicated her career to creating learning experiences that inspire curiosity, strengthen communities, and open doors for growth. As Growth and Development Manager at Elite Student Experiences, she supports the design and implementation of our cultural and language exchange programs, partnership development, and community outreach—guided by the belief that education is most impactful when it connects people and ideas through shared experiences that foster empathy and global awareness.

Edgar is a dedicated and resourceful on-site coordinator based in Barranquilla. With a background in community engagement and student services, he ensures that each participant has a safe, smooth, and enriching experience during the program. Edgar is fluent in Spanish and has picked up English during his frquent trips to United States. He supports all day-to-day activities, assist with translation when needed, and is the go-to contact people for local guidance. His warm and approachable personality makes her a favorite among students, helping them feel at home while exploring a new culture.
